We’re back home. Going off to Santa Fe was a good decision. It took a few days for Tim to feel well enough to do much of anything, but at least we were in a beautiful place that’s always been very special to us. It’s possible Tim might have improved even if we had stayed home, but we like to think there was something healing about where we . . .

It looks like we're off to New Mexico. Thanks for all your encouragement!
If you don't hear from us within the next week, that's a good thing!

For the most part, we’ve been able to set the “other stuff" aside and enjoy our time here. Once we get back home, reality kicks in. We both have procedures and doctor appointments this week which will pretty much tell us . . .

We don’t know how to thank all of you for all the caring thoughts, support and love you’re sending our way. We’re pretty private most of the time, so it’s a little difficult to let others in. We will let folks know how they can help out, but for now just being there and sending good thoughts our way is a big comfort. If we don’t return emails . . .
